Why English, from a shop in Brazil

The list on the refrigerator is a habit with no nationality, and these notes are written for American readers who keep one or might start to.

How this site could earn

A future note on this domain might carry a link through to an American web store; when somebody buys after following such a link, a commission on the sale could come back to us. At the moment not a single page in this section links to anything for sale. If one ever does, it will tell you so right next to that link, in ordinary words.

What the notes are not

They are habits observed from a shop counter, not medical guidance, and they do not replace a conversation with your own doctor. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
