Route of your data
Terra Viva! privacy policy, in force since November 2026.
This route walks, stop by stop, along the path of any personal detail that brushes against the shop through this website, through email or over the phone. It covers people who browse these pages and people who talk to the team, and it follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
About who holds the map
The controller is PLENITUDE COMERCIO E DISTRIBUICAO DE PRODUTOS LTDA, trading as Terra Viva!, CNPJ 57.355.351/0001-32, located at Al. dos Uapés, 569, fundos, Planalto Paulista, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, CEP 04067-031.
There is no separate legal department: the shop's own management doubles as the data protection officer and can be reached at contato@easierweekdays.com.
In the luggage of whoever writes
No page here asks for sign-up, password, ID document or card. Whatever reaches the shop arrives because somebody decided to send it:
- in an email: the sender's address, the name shown in the signature and whatever the message says;
- in a call: the calling number and the note agreed during the chat;
- from a plain visit: notes the web host jots down on its own: the visiting IP, the day and hour, which page was opened and with what browser, kept so the site stays up and pranksters stay out.
Toward where each detail heads
A message is read in order to be answered, nothing more. A request for a quote turns into a reply with a quote; a doubt about some item turns into a reply about that item. The host's jottings help the pages stay upright and guarded.
The legal grounds are meeting a request made by the data subject, the company's legitimate interest in keeping the site sound and, whenever the law requires a record to be kept, compliance with that duty. No detail is ever traded, leased or stitched into a buyer's portrait.
With whom the route crosses paths
A few neighbors along the way touch the data because without them the site would not load and email would not arrive: the company hosting the pages, the service forwarding messages to the contact address, and Google, which hands the browser the lettering seen in the design. Each answers under its own privacy terms.
Beyond that, only a public authority holding a lawful request or a court order receives any information.
Until the final stop
A conversation stays on file while its subject remains open and afterwards for whatever period a tax or legal duty may demand; once that ends, it is erased. The provider's technical records fade away in its normal cycles.
Only the people serving the counter can open the mailbox, which sits behind a password plus a second confirmation step. No path is proof against everything, yet the care matches how little gets stored.
For the rights of those passing through
Anyone who has passed through here may, whenever they like and without paying a cent:
- find out whether the shop keeps anything on them, and get it copied over;
- see mistaken or stale entries fixed;
- request deletion, blocking or anonymization of what is not needed;
- carry the data to another supplier, find out with whom it was shared and withdraw a consent given earlier.
Write to contato@easierweekdays.com; a reply leaves the shop no later than 15 business days (15 dias úteis) after the note lands. Still unhappy with it? Complaints may also be lodged with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), at gov.br/anpd.
After this edition
Should the site change, say by gaining a form or a new tool, this route gets redrawn ahead of that change reaching the public, and the date at the top will follow the new edition.
